The Wall Street Journal did a great interview with John L. Paluszek, a senior counsel at the PR firm Ketchum. Paluszek discusses the role of employees in participating in CSR, some of the challenges companies face today, and why and how CSR is changing. Paluszek specializes in reputation management and corporate responsibility. He’s the author of "Organizing for Corporate Social Responsibility" and, more recently, an article for the new "Guide to Best Practices in Corporate Social Responsibility," published in January 2008.
