CSI is a non-profit institute dedicated to the practice of sustainability in business and other organizational settings. It performs research and devlopment in the areas of corporate sustainability management, and sustainable learning and innovation. It is also the developer of the Social Footprint method, a sustainability performance measurement and reporting system being jointly developed with the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
